Operation:
Using metal hooks, the ducks are suspended by the head. the poultry is not directly roast by the flames. The virtuosity of the grill-room owner consists in maintaining the temperature necessary by regulating fire and moving ducks from time to time so that each part also undergoes heat and returns being crusty the skin of duck of it. The apparatus is also provided with a blowoff valve.
The apparatus will be designed to be connected to gas for domestic use and on request to the gas butane.
We included in our range a furnace for Peking duck with a burner of 11.5 kw approved EC.
